Thanks to the hygiene precautions we have put in place, we can offer both you and our staff the best possible protection. Please observe the guidelines at the respective location. We’re happy to announce that we will re-open our Tradespersons’ Centres for our business customers throughout Switzerland as of Monday, 4 May. Your health and the health of our employees is our highest priority, which is why we are taking targeted safety precautions at our centres. This is the only way we can offer you and our staff the best possible protection.

You are still welcome to send us your orders as before by phone, email or via our E-Shop. Our warehouses are well stocked, so we can ensure a reliable supply of products.

We are continually adapting our range of services to comply with the official guidelines of the Swiss Confederation, the cantons and the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH). The situation may however differ from canton to canton. We continue to deliver throughout Switzerland and are also offering a pick-up or on-call service at all locations. Please see the list of our locations below for information on the local services.

The Swiss Federal Council has declared a state of emergency due to the spread of the coronavirus. We will do everything in our power to ensure continued deliveries to our business customers. However, we are obliged to restrict operations at our Tradespersons’ Centres until further notice and in some cantons to close them completely.

As we all know, the corona virus continues to spread. Against this background, the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) has communicated various measures. The health of our employees is our first priority and we are therefore consistently following the instructions issued by the FOPH throughout the company. In addition to complying with the recommendations for hygiene and behaviour, we are also making every effort to minimise the risk of infection at the workplace.

We have drawn up an emergency plan for our suppliers and can assure you of a high level of supply security even in the event of a quarantine. Thanks to close cooperation with our suppliers and to our decentralised, networked structure with 25 locations throughout Switzerland, we are able to safeguard high supply capacity at all times. Our entire product range can currently be delivered without restriction, with the exception of protective face masks.

Our logistics and production processes continue to function smoothly. Contract warehouses that we have set up for customers on the basis of an agreement are still available to them at all times.
